A little about me

I started Omni Wishes after noticing the same thing again and again: when a birthday or anniversary comes around, most people know exactly how they feel but struggle to find the words. The wishes they found online were either copied across hundreds of websites or did not sound like something a real person would say.

So I built a simple place where anyone can create a wish that feels personal in seconds, with the name already in it, a font that stands out and a card they can share. Today I look after everything on the site, from the wishes themselves to the tools that build them.

Outside of Omni Wishes, I spend most of my time building websites. That is also why the site is fast, free and works the same on every phone.

What I write about

  • Birthdays

Wishes for family, friends, partners, teachers and colleagues.

  • Anniversaries

Wedding and milestone messages that feel heartfelt.

  • Wish cards

Designs that turn a wish into a card worth keeping.

  • Hindi, Marathi & Tamil

Natural wishes in the languages people actually send.

How I make sure every wish is good

Every wish starts with the relationship and the occasion, because a message for your boss should never sound like one for your sister. Each line is written to work on its own, then checked for tone, grammar and natural language.

For the generators, I test the results with real names, ages and numbers, and remove anything that sounds robotic or repetitive. I also go back to older pages regularly and add new wishes when readers suggest an occasion we have missed. My rule is simple: if a wish does not sound natural, fit the relationship and make someone smile, it does not go on the site. You can read the full process in our editorial policy.
