How to send a notice
Email contact@omniwishes.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the page on Omni Wishes where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every valid notice and, where appropriate, remove or change the content within a few working days. We may contact you if we need more information.
Counter notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same email with the details above and an explanation.
